September 20, 2007 Marketing Session
Stragetic opportunity to network, present detailed property presentations to commercial real estate specialists, and make deals! This is the Third Marketing Session to be offered by the WNY Chapter of NYSCAR this year and will be open to all members, affiliates, and guests. What presenters need to know: 1.Those who register first will present first. Registration starts at 8:30 a.m. 2.Each presentation will be limited to one-two minutes. 3.We will go through the registration list so that each person that has registered presents one property at a time, and then we will go back to the beginning and start over until every registrant has presented all of their properties. 4.After the registered presenters have finished, anyone else that has a property or need can present. 5.Breakfast is free to members and $15 per person for non-members. Bring at least 25 single page executive summaries of property situations to be offered for distribution to marketing session attendees. 2. Bring an ýoverhead transparencyý (aka acetate overlay) of property to illustrate a site plan or photos. An overhead projector is being provided. Have/Want Presentation: This is an opportunity to make a brief presentation on additional for sale properties or situations you may wish to present. Known as one of the region’s best attended networking events in the commercial real estate industry, the evening will feature an open bar from 6-7 p.m. followed by dinner and the presentation of several awards at 7 p.m. Top producing brokers and individuals in the community who have made special contributions to advance the region will be honored. Awards for the Largest Broker-Assisted Lease and Sale Transactions of 2007 will be announced at the event. The 2007 recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award will be presented to Victor L.
